Who this covers
This policy explains how AquilaLens handles personal information: about the people who use AquilaLens, and about people named in the business information it shows. We follow the Privacy Act 2020.
People named on AquilaLens
AquilaLens shows information about businesses. Some of it is about people in their business roles, such as directors, shareholders and business contacts. This comes from public sources, such as public registers and businesses' own published information.
Your rights
You can ask whether we hold information about you, ask for a copy, and ask us to correct it. You can also ask us to stop showing information about you that does not come from a public register. Email admin@aquilalens.com and we will respond within 20 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner (privacy.org.nz).
People who use AquilaLens
When you have an account we hold your name, email address and sign-in details, and the notes, lists and saved searches you create. We use them to run the service.
