About AquilaLens
AquilaLens is a private, invitation-only service that brings together information about New Zealand businesses. By signing in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your access
Access is by invitation and is personal to you. Do not share your sign-in details or let anyone else use your account. We may suspend or end access at any time, for example if these terms are not followed.
The information
The information on AquilaLens is compiled from public sources and our own analysis. It is provided for general business research only. It is not financial, legal, credit or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as the only basis for a decision.
Accuracy
We work to keep the information accurate and current, but with this volume of information some of it will be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Please check anything important against the original source before you act on it. If you spot an error, tell us at admin@aquilalens.com and we will review it and correct it where needed.
How you may use it
You may use AquilaLens for your own business research and outreach. You may not copy, resell or republish the information in bulk, build a competing database from it, or scrape or download it by automated means. When you contact people you find on AquilaLens, you are responsible for following the law, including the Privacy Act 2020 and the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.
Liability
AquilaLens is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the information or from the service being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded; if you use AquilaLens for business purposes, you agree the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply.
Changes
We may change the service or these terms. If the terms change materially we will tell you when you next sign in.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law.
